We require order confirmations once you place your order AND we verify these order numbers with the seller. If you cancel your order after sending us your confirmation you are committing fraud. If you return your product for a refund you are committing fraud. You agree to not cancel your order for any reason. If your product was damaged prior to delivery please contact us for further instructions.

You're welcome to update your feedack down the road if you feel compelled to. Most do this via a product review but it's not required.
